This moist three-layer chocolate cake is filled with crunchy Brittany butter lace and dark chocolate Gianduja ganache topped with caramel glaze. (Gianduja is a mix of milk chocolate and hazelnut)
For your celebration you can add 6, 9 or 12 macarons, chocolate flowers or buttercream flowers.
